Inner Child Workshop

The intention of this event is to (re)introduce you to your inner child, the part of you that may have gotten lost but is still very much alive. You will learn all about inner child work, why it is so potent and powerful as a healing tool, connect with your inner child during our call, experience a live guided Inner Child Meditation practice by Jess, plus learn practices that you can take with you and do anytime on your own!
