How is this different from talk therapy?

Coaching with Jessica might sometimes feel like talk therapy in that you absolutely will have a safe space to share anything you need to without any judgement. The biggest difference is that we use energy and somatic practices that will reach far deeper than talk therapy can. In order to truly shift, we have to access the memory on a subconscious level. Jessica will guide you through practices that can often shift old trauma stories in just one practice.

How long will it take before I see results?

This varies from person to person, however, since we are working on a subconscious level, many clients find they experience change in how they feel right away. The goal with every single client is to get you feeling amazing as quickly as possible so that you no longer feel like you need me, or anyone! No more sitting in therapy for years, talking about the same stories without seeing results. You deserve to feel better now.
